Please download the "Teenage Driving Program Permission Slip". Make sure to ask your parent/guardian to sign it. Bring the signed slip and pay the fee one week before the class starts at 4720 Beacon Avenue South, Seattle, WA 98108. program consist 30 hours class lessons and 6- one hour driving.
